Pile3D is provided by RollingWood for timber scanning, volume calculation, inventory, and reporting workflows.

We collect account data such as email address, organization membership, and authentication identifiers.

We collect device identifiers, scan metadata, precise scan location when provided by the device, uploaded images, 3D measurement assets, and calculated timber measurements.

We may collect product interaction, diagnostic, crash, and performance data to operate and improve the service.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, pair devices, process scans, calculate volumes, present reports, manage credits, and support inventory workflows.

Diagnostic and usage data is used to monitor reliability, investigate errors, improve performance, and provide support.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, and communication.

Providers that process data for Pile3D are expected to protect it according to applicable law and contractual obligations.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, organization, scan, and device data while the account or organization uses Pile3D, unless a longer period is required for security, billing, legal, or operational reasons.

Your choices

You can revoke device permissions such as camera, photos, and location in iOS settings.
