Account Deletion
Users can request deletion of their Pile3D account and associated personal data.
Effective date: July 30, 2026
How to request deletion
Send an email to pile3d@rollingwood.eu from the email address used for your Pile3D account.
Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
What happens next
We may ask you to confirm the request to protect your account and organization data.
After confirmation, we will delete or anonymize personal account data unless retention is required for security, billing, legal, or operational reasons.
Organization data
If your account belongs to an organization, scans, reports, inventory records, and device data may remain available to the organization owner or admin.
Organization owners can request deletion of organization data by contacting pile3d@rollingwood.eu.
